ABOUT SES
Syresham Engineering Services Ltd was co-founded in April 2003 by Michele and Steven Lowery. More than twenty years on, we have built a strong reputation within the printing and packaging industry—one that continues to grow through recommendations from industry peers.
Our dedicated team of engineers provides breakdown support 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our priority is simple: to keep your production moving. Wherever possible, we implement an immediate permanent repair; where this is not feasible, we provide a reliable temporary solution until a full resolution can be completed.
Our services also include machinery handling, relocation and removal, as well as part-exchange and the sale of reconditioned machinery.
We operate a well-equipped fleet comprising four forklifts, including a limited-edition compact Hyster designed for access within restricted factory spaces, alongside one HGV and a large trailer. This allows us to manage a wide range of projects safely and efficiently.
Conveniently located close to the A47, with easy access to the A14 and M11, we are well positioned to respond swiftly to customers across the UK and beyond.

With over 50 years of hands-on experience in the print and packaging industry, Steve founded Syresham Engineering Services with a straightforward goal: to provide practical, reliable engineering support built on real industry knowledge.
Known for his ability to diagnose machinery faults simply by observing or listening to a machine in operation, Steve brings decades of mechanical insight to every project — from complex breakdowns to full factory relocations.
His depth of experience underpins the standard of work SES is known for today.

Graham, second engineer, brings extensive technical knowledge and field experience across a wide range of print and packaging machinery.
Brian, our hands-on engineer, supports installations, relocations, and workshop operations, ensuring projects run smoothly on site.
For specialist electrical and electronic requirements, we work with long-standing industry partners who integrate seamlessly into our projects when required.
Behind the scenes, Michele co-directs the business and manages day-to-day operations, client communication, scheduling, and coordination — ensuring every project is organised, efficient, and professionally delivered.
Together, the team combines practical engineering expertise with structured operational management to support clients across the UK and internationally.

Working closely with both engineers and clients, she ensures that projects are organised, timelines are clear, and communication remains straightforward and professional from first contact through to completion.
